Payment We accept payment online, by phone or by mail. Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maesto/Switch, Solo, Cheques and Money Orders. All online transactions are secure. To pay by cheque or money order, follow the checkout process on the website until prompted to pay offline. This will calculate the total for you, and place the order in our records. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will ship your order to you. Shipping Free shipping in the UK for orders over £25. All orders are shipped using Signed-for Recorded Delivery — also on international orders. If you are not there to sign for your item it will be waiting for you at the post office. This is to ensure that your precious packet ends up in your hands, and is not left on your doorstep. Not to worry, all orders are packed in discreet packaging. We do not write our full company name on the return address, just the initals. We run a strict anti-credit card fraud policy, and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious. If it is found that the card attemptedly used in an order is indeed stolen, we will notify the relevant authorities. We strive to keep the internet a safe shopping environment for everyone to enjoy. However during periods of heavy demand, some orders may need to get backordered until new stock arrives. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you choose whether you want to wait, choose an alternative product in stock, or opt for a refund. Returns If you are not satified with the appareance of a product, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 2 weeks or shipment — but for hygienic reasons we ask that it must be unused and unopened. If the product is defective, you may also return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds on items purchased in the Clearance Sale section. Some of our products are further covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Should you need to return a product to us, we cannot be held liable for loss in the mail. For this reason we insist that you use recorded delivery on your shipping. We also highly recommend adding insurance when shipping an item to us — it's cheap and covers you in case of loss in the mail. If an item is returned to us because it was not collected from a delivery office in time, or because an incorrect address was supplied to us, we will contact you to ensure the redelivery address. Before the item is resent, a re-shipping charge would need to be settled. To expedite this process we can take a credit card payment over the phone, or alternatively you may send us a cheque in the post. Be sure to provide correct address details when you order!
